How a Toronto Restaurant Filled 40% More Tables with One Postcard

Weeknight tables sit empty. That's the quiet crisis most independent restaurants face between Monday and Thursday. For Maria's Trattoria, a 48-seat Italian spot near Davisville, the problem was getting worse every month.

The Challenge

Why It Worked

The Follow-Up
