Spotix provides direct mail advertising services, including:

• Design and printing of advertising postcards
• Distribution of postcards to targeted Toronto neighborhoods
• Consultation on advertising strategies
• Campaign management and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to provide accurate and complete information including:

• Your full name
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Business name and details

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as follows:

• Full payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled mailing date
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframe
• No refunds are available after production has begun
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content to Spotix, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. Spotix retains ownership of all designs, templates, and materials created by our team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Delivery and Timing

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines:

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post

10. Termination

Spotix reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
