    You send: your logo, your offer, any photos you’d like used, and how customers should reach you.

  2. Approve your design

    We lay out your spot and send you a proof. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

    The postcard is printed and sent out through Canada Post to 10,000 homes.

    Use what the card brought in to shape next month’s offer.

Dates are the targets for each monthly cycle. Delivery is handled by Canada Post and its timing isn’t guaranteed; see section 9 of our Terms of Service. Tracking only counts people who use the code or number, so treat the counts as a minimum.

What exactly is Spotix?

A shared direct-mail postcard for Toronto businesses. You book a spot on the card; we design your ad, print the postcard and send it through Canada Post to 10,000 homes.

Who else is on the card?

Other local businesses that have booked spots on the same mailing. All ads have to follow our content guidelines, which are set out in section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Which neighbourhoods can I target?

Targeting is by Toronto postal-code area, grouped by neighbourhood. The areas we currently list are shown under Coverage. If yours isn’t there, ask and we’ll confirm whether it can be included.

What if I don’t have a design?

Design is included with every spot. Send your logo and offer and we’ll handle the layout. You get a proof to approve before anything goes to print, so no design skills are needed.

How do I track results?

Duo Spot includes a QR code. Full Spot adds a dedicated tracking phone number as well. On a Solo Spot, a unique offer code that customers mention or enter works well. See counting the responses.

Can I advertise more than once?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions are available with a 15% discount, and you can change your offer from one month to the next.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers, and all prices are in Canadian dollars.

Can I cancel?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled mailing date are eligible for a full refund. Refunds aren’t available once production has begun. The details are in our Terms of Service.

Is delivery guaranteed?

No. Our mailing dates are targets, and delivery is carried out by Canada Post. As our Terms explain, delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, postal service issues or other factors outside our control.
